Waxahachie retail under new ownership

Asset fully occupied at time of sale

A 100,044-square-foot shopping center in Waxahachie, Texas, has changed hands for an undisclosed price.

The Marketplace at Waxahachie, located approximately 30 miles south of Dallas, is a class A, open-air retail center. The multitenant property is situated on an 11.4-acre lot at 791 North Highway 77.

Constructed in 2006, The Marketplace at Waxahachie was anchored by Bealls, Hastings, Dollar Tree and Sleep Experts at the time of sale, and boasts a diverse mix of tenants, including Cotton Patch Café and Double Dave's Pizza.
