Receivable/Revenue Accountant

Primary responsibilities include:

• invoice customers
• process credit card sales
• gather Cyber Source reports and customer checks
• post cash receipts to GL
• reconcile customer accounts & bank statements
• collections
• prepare historical and cash forecast reports
• work closely with other departments
• ensure GAAP revenue recognition.

This position will also work with the CFO on projects as needed.

Candidates must have the following:

• 1-3 years A/R, revenue recognition, GAAP experience.
• Desire and ability to cross train into full accounting cycle.
• Attention to detail and dependability a MUST!
• Self-motivated with strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal departments and outside vendors/customers.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Word.
