By Jessica Swesey, Thursday, September 16, 2004.

Homestore is trying to stop technology companies from enabling Realtors to download their MLS home listings data from Realtor.com to their individual Web sites. The company issued a cease-and-desist order to A la mode, demanding it shut down a feature on its real estate agent Web sites that enables agents to pull their own listings directly from Realtor.com.

Real estate timeshares: Hook, line and sinker

By Julie Brosterman, Thursday, September 16, 2004.

I've dragged him to more free weekends and made him sit through those high-pressured presentations more times than I would care to admit.  more...

At Real Estate Connect, I moderated a panel on Internet marketing. Marc Davison of VREO Software was one of the panelists, so we had a chance to visit prior to the session. I was quite surprised by what he shared.  more...
