By Inman News, Monday, October 24, 2005. Long-term mortgage interest rates calmed Monday and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield increased to 4.45 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average remained at 5.62 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate held at 5.22 percent. The 1-year adjustable was down at 4.15 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield climbed to 4.66 percent.
