By Inman News, Tuesday, October 25, 2005. Long-term mortgage interest rates were up Tuesday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield increased to 4.53 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average rose to 5.64 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate climbed to 5.23 percent. The 1-year adjustable was down at 4.18 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield increased to 4.74 percent.
