The value of the transaction was $8.4 million.
Orange Investment Partnership LLC purchased property, located at 725 E. Harrison St., from Newport Hill Corp.
At the time of sale, the entire building was occupied by Myers Power Products, a designer and manufacturer of electrical service products, emergency power systems, medium voltage switchgear or powerhouses, and lighting products. more...
