North Andover office deal completed

Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the sale of North Andover Office Park, a two-building, 92,893-square-foot office complex in North Andover, Mass.

FSP North Andover Office Park Limited Partnership, which owned the campus for more than 10 years, sold it to First General Realty for $11.7 million.

The properties are located at 451 Andover Road and 203 Turnpike St. Both four-story buildings are comprised of medical office, office and retail space, and were 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.  more...

SoCal shopping center changes hands

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of the 95,421-square-foot Driftwood Village Shopping Center in Ontario, Calif., for approximately $20.5 million.

The sales price represents a price of $241 a square foot.

Wolff Co. buys in Sacramento

The Wolff Co., a privately owned investor, recently acquired Fifty West, a 72,539-square-foot office property in Sacramento, Calif.

The value of the transaction was approximately $13.5 million.

Fifty West is a two-story, multitenant building located at the intersection of Watt Avenue and Folsom Boulevard, approximately seven miles from downtown.

At the time of sale, Fifty West was 94 percent leased to 26 tenants, including EMQ Children & Family Services, Century 21 and Nelnet (National Education Loan Network).
