Boston's Harbor Corporate Center traded

Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the sale of Harbor Corporate Center, a 106,171-square-foot office building in Boston's Waterfront District.

The value of the transaction was approximately $23.8 million.

The class A property, located at 300 A St., was built in 1904 and completely renovated in 2005, retaining the original brick-and-beam construction.

At the time of sale, the property was 96 percent leased to five tenants, including Elkus/Manfredi Architects, Circle Co. Associates and BH+A.  more...

Shidler Group makes Phoenix purchase

The Shidler Group of San Diego has purchased Black Canyon Corporate Center in Phoenix, Ariz., for approximately $24.3 million.

The 226,700-square-foot office building at 16404 N. Black Canyon Highway is located on 19 acres of land, and was sold by Black Canyon Corporate Center LLC.

Built in 1980 and renovated in 2006, the property was 62 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants that included Paychex and the High Tech Institute.  more...

Hawaiian retail plaza sold for $40 million

Faris Lee Investments brokered the $40 million sale of Kauai Village, a 110,000-square-foot retail center in Kapaa, Hawaii.

The property, located at 4-831 Kuhio Highway, was built in 1990 and was 85 percent occupied at the close of escrow. The center has two primary anchor stores, Safeway and Long's Drugs, as well as other stores and restaurants.  more...
