By Inman News, Monday, September 17, 2007. Long-term mortgage interest rates were flat Friday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield dipped to 4.46 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average held at 5.98 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate stayed at 5.64 percent. The 1-year adjustable, however, rose slightly to 5.64 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield was down at 4.72 percent.
