By Inman News, Wednesday, September 26, 2007. Long-term mortgage interest rates were scattered Tuesday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield held at 4.63 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average fell to 6.07 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate stayed at 5.74 percent. The 1-year adjustable rose to 5.77 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield was up at 4.9 percent.
