Will the compromise foreclosure relief bill being hammered out by Senate leaders include a massive expansion of FHA loan guarantee programs (see Inman News story)?
The actual bill language hasn't been released yet but AP reports it will not include Democrat's $300-$400 billion FHA expansion plan to buy up distressed loans at a discount from lenders.
