Forecast: What a difference a month makes

The National Association of Realtors expects that resale home prices will drop 6.4 percent this year following a 1.4 percent annual decline in 2007. The latest 2008 forecast for median resale home prices is down 4 percent from a 2.4 percent decline anticipated in the Realtor group's previous forecast report, released last month.  more...
