By Inman News, Thursday, May 6, 2004. Long-term mortgage interest rates continued to rise Thursday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield moved up to 4.6 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average climbed to 5.92 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate jumped to 5.25 percent. The 1-year adjustable was unchanged at 3.26 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield increased to 5.37 percent.
