By Inman News, Monday, February 7, 2005. Long-term mortgage interest rates decreased Friday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield dipped to 4.08 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average fell to 5.14 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate dipped to 4.71 percent. The 1-year adjustable increased to 3.61 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield decreased to 4.48 percent.
