Long-term mortgage interest rates were back up Tuesday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield gained to 4.43 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average rose to 5.67 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate jumped to 5.25 percent. The 1-year adjustable was down at 4.48 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield increased to 4.61 percent.
