Millennium Tower purchased

San Francisco-based RREEF North America recently sold the 353,461-square-foot Millennium Tower in Dallas, Texas, to a real estate investment trust for an undisclosed price.

KBS REIT's acquisition of the 14-story, class A office building bring the REIT's Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio to 792,539 square feet. The property includes 3.34 acres and a six-level parking garage with a parking ratio of 3.7 per 1,000 square feet. It also has an on-site café, bank and property management office.  more...

Westheimer I and II change hands

A two-building office complex situated on nearly 6.3 acres in Houston, Texas, has sold to a locally based real estate investment company for an undisclosed price.

American Spectrum Realty Inc. purchased the multitenant properties, which comprise 178,076 square feet, from Laguna Hills, Calif.-based Foremost Fountainview L.P.  more...

Rabina makes Mass. purchase

New York-based Rabina Properties purchased two distribution buildings in Auburn, Mass., for $38.5 million, brokerage Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. reported today.

The buildings, located at 26 and 28 Millbury St., comprise 667,000 square feet.

Liberty Properties of Boston sold the facilities, which include a 210,000-square-foot, build-to-suit facility for Interline Brands and a 457,000-square-foot building that serves as the main distribution hub for Filene's Basement.  more...

Yahoo Real Estate features property listings searches for existing homes, rentals and foreclosures, as well as home values, the ability to find a Realtor, and information guides on finance, mortgage and home buying and selling topics.
