Eric Eckardt

Eric Eckardt is Vice President, Online Real Estate at Altisource. In his role, Eckardt is responsible for the growth, market penetration and profitability of Altisource’s online real estate businesses; Hubzu and Owners.com Prior to joining Altisource in October 2012, Eckardt founded several start-up companies since 2004, including a mortgage and real estate company that he sold in 2009 and an online real estate brokerage model that was a finalist for the Inman Most Innovative Real Estate Startup award in 2012. Prior to this, Eckardt worked in investment banking for over eight years in leveraged finance at ABN AMRO Inc., Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and JP Morgan Chase. While in investment banking, he was involved in over $10 billion in senior bank financings across diverse industry sectors for Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Eckardt completed the Columbia Business School and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth Executive Education Programs and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Pace University. He is a credit trained financial analyst and has been a licensed real estate broker in New York for over a decade.
