Gahlord Dewald is a data-driven Web strategist focusing on platform-agnostic tools and techniques that allow his clients to optimize their conversion funnels through ongoing activities across the stages of the consumer life-cycle model. More simply stated: Gahlord observes what people do online using Web analytics packages. You know, bounce rate and page views and that sort of thing. He's done a lot of work mapping those numbers to business objectives like "generate more leads" or "sell more things" or "help people understand this better." So he takes those numbers and identifies what tools and techniques could be used to make things better. Though he loves to travel, you're most likely to find him in Burlington, Vt.
