Greg became immersed in the inner workings of brokerages from his start at a small firm. Working side by side with one of the owners, he was exposed to the elements that build a successful business.
After transitioning into a regional operations role with a top 10 brokerage in the US, Greg was directly involved with 1200+ transactions and $500,000,000+ in total sales while maintaining the day to day operations of two large sales offices.
Today Greg uses the skills from those very different experiences to coach, mentor and develop those new to the business, and to refine and grow the skills of the area's most successful agents.
Greg serves as a 2015 member of the Board of Directors at both the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® as well as on the Professional Standards Committees of both organizations.
