When signs and balloons fall flat
In some slowing real estate markets, its common to see Re-Open House Syndrome: multiple open houses (in some cases every weekend) for the same house that isn't selling. What's the best strategy when the first open house doesn't work? How many open houses is too many? How do you stand out from the many other helium-balloon-garnished-street-corner signs and make the for-sale home a must-see for first-time-around home shoppers and a must-see-again for those who didn't care for it the first time around? Best practice vs. worst practice?
