Why have real estate blogs taken off?
Simple: Realtors are colorful local characters who love to express themselves, live to network and have an economic incentive to do so. Blogging was made for these fun cats. Plus, they are not stiff like lawyers or doctors and do not fear putting themselves out there. Blogging takes a certain amount of daring.
Of course, all 1.4 million of them are not natural born writers or prone to write much of anything but a purchase offer. 20,000 is plenty.
