Why Men Don't Listen to Women
I’ve been collecting topic ideas for our upcoming conference for women in real estate leadership (http://www.reallyawesomewomen.com/). One of the most intriguing topics is, “Why don’t men in leadership listen to us?” Is it true that men tune out the women who work with them and for them? If you are a woman, has this been your experience? Men, is this something you do and if so why? What could your female colleagues do to communicate more effectively with you? Ladies, what can men do to communicate more effectively with you?
