Real estate blogs are red hot these days, but with 35.3 million blogs out there, how do you get yours to the front of the pack? Just like everything else in the business, it all comes down to savvy marketing. The good thing about marketing in the blogosphere is that it’s mostly free, so the trick is learning how to do it right.   

1. Publish Press Releases with tools like 24-7pressrelease.   
2. Submit your blog to blog directories like TopBlogSites.
3. Join blog rings and groups like MyBlogLog.
4. Compete in the Carnival of Real Estate.
5. Submit posts to social media sites like Digg, Reddit, NewsVine and Real Estate Voices.   
6. Submit sites to article syndication sites like ezinearticles.com .   
7. Comment on other local and industry blogs (read the rules of commenting in Commenting for traffic).
