Rolling the bones

Everyone, everything real estate has landed in Las Vegas along with conventions for HR directors, lawyers, hospitality owners. Two hundred conventions are in town.
LV -- the anti-Green City -- is busting at the seams. Housing market story in Monday's LV rag left you wondering whether home prices were rising or falling or flat -- several shades of gray like most things here. Munched last night at SW Steak House at Wynn [for me Lyost] with Google's Justin McCarthy, CB's Sherry Chris and Trulia's Kelly Roark. Nothing to report, quite mellow actually. No one ordered the $175 Kobe steak or the $250 lobster and no knew what Move's Allan Dalton's new job is. We split the bill.
