Thoughts and Concerns of a Budding Real Estate Agent
I have been wondering and concerned now for some time about the costs associated with the licensing and subsequent actual starting in the RE business. There seems to be no universal model from which to begin, without the huge financial outlays to perform or be successful as a new RE agent/professional. Certainly you begin by canvassing your sphere of influence, but then there is advertising, membership costs for this or that "professional" organization. With the availability of technology in advertising, such as blogs and many other media, there does not seem to be one model that one can adopt and from which one can begin a successful career. Any thoughts? v/r Ed
