You'll need to send the company precise architectural plans for each room, including dimensions for all the elements -- doors, windows, light switches etc. -- that you want the paper to "warp" around. They'll send you custom printed wallpaper stripes for you to apply.
Not sure what impact this look would have on the resell value however.
