I just got the Blackberry and cannot be without it. I had a treo before, and now that the cell phone rules about talking while driving are coming into play, I started using my bluetooth today, and with the Blackberry, it was so easy to both hear and talk. Around the office my calls are forwarded to the Blackberry...so it has taken the place of my desk headset, and is a lot less hassle.I can't say enough about the Blackberry as it keeps me connected all day long with calls and e-mails. It is great, and I strongly recommend it...even for us over 65'ers.
Thanks, Ron Largent, Keller Williams Realty in Redding, CA

Sounds like fun, is there a deadline? I have been working on developing some new tools for our website, www.hawailife.com, that I would like to share!

Technology is changing everything about my real estate business in Vancouver Canada. So much so, that I have become the #1 realtor marketing Vancouver’s condominiums 100% online - yes, no print, no flyers and no old school real estate habits either. Watch my video and let me explain more http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos or http://www.vimeo.com/1253379

I've been using a new site by PropertyMaps that blows my mind. There are a lot of sites the provide estimates, listings, etc but they do it all and do it well. It's MLS/Google Maps/RealtyTrac mashup.

I don't work for the company, but I read about that MagicJack VOIP product and I ordered. Take a look if you've never seen it. Seems pretty sweet. MagicJack.com

We have integrated a video blog into our website http://www.timeshareads.com using b2evolution.net with good results. The videos were shot with flip video and edited with Windows Movie Maker. Flip makes the process very simple!

Video testimonials! Great tool for conveying success stories. For example, just sold a Marriott's Fisherman's Cove timeshare resort and posted a video testimonial for the realtor who sold it. http://www.rpmls.com/video/blog4.php/beach-timeshares/timeshare-sell-mar... www.rpmls.com
