Am I the only one that thought the Zappos deal was totally out of left field? I've heard that the customer service at Zappos was superb, and glad to see someone big like Amazon picked them up.
I'm speculating this increases the 500 lb gorilla known as Amazon to 550 lbs.
Seeing all the speakers there at the conference only makes me regret not going even more. Thanks Inman!
