I've never actually been to a wordcamp - but I've heard some great things from those who have.  It's kinda like a barcamp but very specifically and (I think) exclusively about wordpress and how to use the many plugins and tools associated with wordpress.  If you're a wordpress blogger, this could be a very cool day. 

Just found out that there's now a Real Estate WordCamp set for Monday, April 12, 2010 in Denver. 

Let's check it out together.
