Benny Kass
Benny Kass is a practicing attorney in Washington, DC and in Maryland and is senior member of Kass, Mitek & Kass, PLLC. He has a degree from Northwestern Medill School of Journalism, a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, and a Masters in Law from George Washington University Law School.
He served as a public member of the National Advertising Review Board, and is a Charter Member of the Community Association Institute Law College. He has been writing the Housing Counsel column weekly in the Washington Post Real Estate section since the early 1970's. He is the "hot line" and answers questions from District of Columbia real esate agents and brokers.
