Good overview - And I agree that it starts at the top. From rolling up your sleeves on "call night" to making the hard - But correct decisions.

"All anyone ever needs is an unfair advantage"

I don't remember who said it back in the 1800's - But it certainly still rings true today.

Not in the illegal or immoral sense - But in the basic way you structure your business to be different than everyone else.

What does your competition do well? What don't they do well? And what won't they do at all?

THATS how you find your own "unfair advantage".

The next step is figuring out how to educate your clients/affiliates that you are the OBVIOUS CHOICE to do business with........
