Pendings down 73.73%
Solds down 15.62%
As for Average Prices: May 4 - May 10, 2008
(compared to the same week in 2007)
The "New Listings" average list price increased 6.65% to $325,020. In 2007 the new listing average list price was $304,747. Last week that number was $321,817.
Sold average sales prices increased 28.16% to $336,786. In 2007 it was $262,782 for the same week. Last week it was 251,110.

As we slide some more in Austin, I can't help but wonder where the bottom is. Hopefully, we'd find it and bounce back soon. I don't see it yet.
