Brownfields discussion group

This group discusses Brownfield's issues around the USA. It is intended as a forum to exhange ideas, offer insights (lessons learned) so that redevelopment of this land is done most effectively. A key component to the successful transition of these otherwise contaminated sites is the cooperation of government, private sector, and site owners. Having said that, all interested parties are invited to enter these discussions.

Recent Brownfield Conference in Salem, OR

Brownfields as a type of real estate is described as land or sites that have been contaminated. I was appreciative of the awards ceremony I attended recently in Salem, OR which recognized the work that government(on several levels), land owners(old and new), and other groups accomplished in recyling property through thier cooperative efforts. What's going on in your world?
