Former CW senior executives are now heading up a company with Fannie and Freddie REO contracts - Even though they have ZERO real estate selling experience.
(Is that why they are just now getting their real estate licensing in order...?)
They make Multi-Millions in salaries and bonuses at CW - Which certainly had a major hand in creating this real estate bubble - Only to turn around and profit again from the REO market.

I am direct to the sellers rep on the REO's. They do get product and can perform. Because of this they have a list of procedures and will only talk to the rep of the buyer. The people must be able to prove funds and agree to the procedures.
My sellers rep will call the buyers rep or the buyer if there is none to proceed. It is imperitive that people be honest or they will not get in again.
The properties are not listed with realtors, we can get the tape before sending them to the public, and clients are paying from 20 cents to 35 cents on a dollar.
Buyers are needed as badly as ever for the Oregon Coast" And The Yampa Valley of Colorado. As a independednt broker I find it hard to convince buyers this is the best time ever to buy on either side of the hills.
