Classic Investment Community was created to provide education, support, opportunity, and networking to people interested in real estate investing. Our goal is to bring together in one organization these elements to meet the needs of those who wish to actively engage in RE investment as well as bring opportunity to those who wish to take a more passive roll through turnkey cash flowing investment opporunities.

We encourage real estate agent participation. CIC is a vehicle to turn an exisiting client base into today's investors.

There has never been a better time to create wealth through real estate investing. Even more important is the societal role that is played by investors to stabilize the RE market and in turn positively impact the economy as a whole. To take this one step further, so many people have fallen on hard times losing their homes, it is a privelege to be in a position to acquire the properties and in return provide quality housing options for those who have lost so much.

Investing is residential real estate is a way that those who have seen their retirement accounts greatly diminished in the past six months can immediately begin to rebuild these accounts through monthly cash flow.
