With the Florida Real Estate market not exactly attracting a lot of prospective new agents (pre-lic students); it’s a good time to develop new programs that appeal to existing agents and brokers.
It may also be a good time to get the process (could take a while) started of getting licensed as an instructor and add a recruiting advantage to your office (broker/owners) in preparation for when the market does turn around.
