Florida Real Estate not attracting enough new licensees (students) right now.
Posted in Florida Real Estate Instructors By Terry Shortt, Monday, March 31, 2008.With the Florida Real Estate market not exactly attracting a lot of prospective new agents (pre-lic students); it’s a good time to develop new programs that appeal to existing agents and brokers.
It may also be a good time to get the process (could take a while) started of getting licensed as an instructor and add a recruiting advantage to your office (broker/owners) in preparation for when the market does turn around.
