The way property is marketed and sold is changing rapidly. The traditional real estate agencies will in year to come experience a dramatic change in how the majority of real estate sales are being conducted. Low cost, independent, high service, owner operator and internet only based agencies will charge the client a small fixed sales commission or NO sales commission, but provide a service based on a fee.
Shop front agencies will rapidly diminish in numbers and business will be taken over by agencies using the latest in technology, internet real estate portals and social network.
