I Created A Free Property Management Template
Posted in Property Management By Dave Dugdale, Monday, July 27, 2009.Over the years I have seen some terrible looking property management website out there. And to be honest many have not changed much since they were created many years ago.
So I thought I would help out and create a free rental management website template for people to download off my site and set up themselves.
My template is just that - a template, it does not come with hosting or email. Basically you download it and set it up yourself.
The best thing about the template is you do not need a database to run it. It displays all your listing on your site by pulling from my free PickRent.com site

I am looking for suggestions on how to improve it, so any comment is welcome.
