By Referral Only Works! I know - I'm seeing results!

Last December, while taking a break from real estate, I joined By Referral Only. I had the chance to put systems in place before going back to work in February.

Since February 5, 2008, my BRO techniques have resulted in 2 closings and a listing, and I have 9 buyers looking for a home with me.

I was taught to go after listings, but I'm finding listings just by working with buyers who contact me. Tomorrow I'm going to an Initial Buyer Consultation and I have no doubt that I'll list his house too.

In my past 4 years, I've averaged one deal every 4-5 months. I credit BRO for the techniques and language to help me become successful! It's expensive, but worth every penny! I had zero income when I started, but I couldn't afford not to do it.
