Watch the demo and really like the approach and what if analysis. Great job - much better than what I have seen previously.

Thanks Glenn - appreciate your comments. We are pretty proud of the tool and feel it is superior to what is out there. It was born organically out of our own need for a faster/better way to analyze potential investment property options.
