Two Groups with Same Subect Matter???

It seems that there are 2 inman groups here called "Real Estate Marketing" . The other is "Real Estate Marketing 2.0" but I don't see that it's any different. Should these not be combined? Am I missing something?
Thanks,

I thought the same thing when I saw the two groups. Why don't we do this? We can use the Real Estate Marketing group for "traditional" marketing techniques (postcards, referrals, etc.) and the Real Estate Marketing 2.0 group for Web 2.0, internet based marketing techniques (social networking, social media marketing, video)?

The sooner we stop segregating marketing techniques based on technology deployed the better, IMHO. Especially as using online analytics to track performance of meatspace campaigns and other hybrid tech campaigns becomes more common.

You have many agents whose primary interest is the internet and its changing daily. This my focus on a blog as this is what I like doing. That is the main focus of this group.
