Posted in Real Estate Marketing By Elizabeth Jones, SRES,RSPS, Thursday, May 1, 2008.I think that "listing websites" are a great addition to the marketing plan for home sellers. Does anyone else use them and do you have a favorite company?

My favorite is epropertysites.com - for ten bucks you get a beautifully designed site, unlimited photo uploads, text messaging for properties, document uploading, school & neighborhood stats and more! You can't beat the value.

Well, I am biased, :> but our aim at www.SinglePropertySites.com is to offer real estate professionals the most value from a listings marketing system, for just a few dollars. Offices can share our an account and get prices as low as 1 dollar per listing. Unlimited high-resolution photos, dynamic virtual tours and print-flyers are all included. Widgets, feeds and craigslist auto-posting make marketing a breeze. Check out a sample at www.1122mainstreet.com

I have to say that I am biased as well. Paul above has a similiar system to our system, however they offer a different business model. We beleive that by utilizing our model, the real estate agent spends less money over the course of a year. You can see an example at www.123demostreet.com
It really comes down to personal choice. You can sign up for FREE and test the software and decide for yourself which one works for you.

Hi Elizabeth I love them and yes I've used several. As a few people mentioned earlier SPS Single Property Sites are great.
I just visited the site Jay Thompson built at Wordpress and am very impressed, beautiful job!
Also if you haven't visited RealBird you'll find they have a nice listing platform for agents as well with widgets, mapping, and a crisp look - register free @ http://www.realbird.com if you're interested.

If you would like to try out a free service to list your properties once and have them syndicate across the RE portals. Also you will be provided a HTML file to post on Craiglist, Ebay, etc. You will also get a single property website with SEO built in, insert your videos, virtual tours, blogs, etc. You can get a widget to post on your own website displaying your properties. Most of all your leads will appreciate the photo galleries as opposed to thumbnails.
Try it out for free http://www.investorsloungeonline.com/ .. just want to get your feedback .. constructive so we can improve and grow.
Take care!

Manzo Team –
Looks like you are doing pretty well for Pasadena yourself
My site is old and out dated. We are in the process of redesigning it. We are also working with the National Relocation team in creating an IDX system with lead management.
An agent site has to be easy to use and navigate for the user plus offer email alerts. The number one thing consumers want is to see is: Property Listings. Having content of area resources is also a plus.
If you create a site that has these couple things it will create value for the user and they will come back. Plus others will link to it because it has value, causing it top get more traffic.
It also needs to have a good IDX system that sends email alerts and also captures their information so you can follow up with them. I know some agents do not like the lead capture. Real estate agents are actually in the sales business, so why not give yourself a better chance to make a sale by calling them to see if you can help them.
Hope this is useful.
