It is run on a voluntarily basis and we have had a good response to our Free marketing offer. There are already a fair few video property tours websites, some ofwhich are free, though we try and pride ourselves with the fact that we only allow actual video footage tours as opposed to film slideshows, virtual/360° Tours. All the listings we have on the website, 1,600+ worldwide tours of sales, lets, rentals, commerical, land all come with video tours, we try and act as an online viewing system so uers advertising with us know that they get serious enquiries from people who have already viewed the property.
We have re-adjusted our uploading and account registering system to make them as user friendly as possible and also offer the facility to upload videos is any file format, just like YouTube offer. We also have recently paid for and include the facility for users to have a Free embedding code with every video listing so than can have use the video on their own website too and use our hosting Free, again a service that YouTube offer.
Would be happy to know what people think, how we can improve our Free service and if there any things we are not providing that we should.
