Text search boxes are auto suggest and you can enter exact addresses, zip codes, landmarks and more. To get an idea of how accurate searches can be start keying in your address ie. 1234 n main str... until recognized and select from auto suggest and click search. Currently free to list unlimited furnished rentals for 6 months. Free tools include customized widgets for your city. We are still in early stages and new features are coming soon. This is pretty awesome site, specially with the dynamic address search. I think companies like this should always find ways to team up with Realtors by offering a Realtor directory on their site in exchange for Realtors to put a simple rental search module on their web site making a win win for both.

Your site is really no different than the 1000 other free sites. Old technolgy in using "photos" and no video. I clicked on a thumbnail of a home that had 8 more photos and it brought me nowhere.
The "map it" thing is old news and 1000 other sites have the same
"Boring"
Keep the whole site free forever.
