I'm looking to get feedback concerning a Real Estate Keyword Tool that I've developed which generates a list of thousands of keywords relating to an agent's specific area of coverage, affiliations, specialties, niche, services and more. It's not exactly the website I'd like feedback on, so I hope you'll excuse me for including my mention here.
If you do any type of pay-per-click advertising, using the Real Estate Keyword Tool will really prove beneficial to you. Consider that the Google AdWords suggestion tool provides a list of about 200 keywords--My tool produces up to 75,000 targeted keywords in one search. Hey Brett,
Looks like a great tool (based on watching your video)! I'd love to see it tied into Google Insights or something of that nature to help identify which of concatenated keyword strings have the most monthly volume. But I understand that this isn't the point.
Your license notes that you can use it free 10 times and then have to contact. Any indication on pricing etc? Also, is there a Mac version? I didn't want to fill out all the contact info without knowing if I could actually try it out.
One thing I noticed that I might want would be an Ocean geographic feature. Probably could think of more if I was playing with the tool live.
Anyway, great looking tool and I can't wait to hear more about it.

Hi G,
Thank you for taking a look at the video. Right now, we only support PC with Windows XP and up since we are in Beta. Hopefully, you have a PC laying around somewhere.
Your suggestion about showing a measure of monthly volume is a great one and in fact one that I had on my list of future upgrades.
The tool is designed for 10 searches at the moment. I'm willing to make an exception for a limited number of early adopters and allow unlimited use. Please shoot me an email if you're interested in unlimited use. Thanks again for the feedback.
