I think your site looks very nice and clean. I would only change your header, seems very large and takes up most of the screen. Half the size would look better and maybe add some type of search map feature.

Your real estate website is nice and clean with good content. I suggest perhaps featuring some properties on the main page and I do agree with Richard that you might consider making the header narrower.
