It seems as though you have a lot of narrative on the home page that might not get read. It's probably rich in keywords but I wonder if you'd be better off with a few photos & bullet pointed key word text.

I hope you are better better these days!!
The site looks great!! Huge improvement over your last site :-) It might need some way for the user to start their home search from your home page. We have found that most users are going to a real estate site to search for properties. It is always better to make it easier to the user to get what they are looking for. Feel free to hit me up as we might have a solution that would work for you.

I agree with Jeff that your site looks much better than your template site.
You added lots of good information, pictures and maps for the site visitor. You are serving the needs of the site visitor and not the search engines.
