I'd like to network with Remax agents across the nation

I'm Joe Cline. I have been an agent for 6 years. I spent 5 years at Coldwell Banker here in Austin and recently made the move to Remax. I love Remax. More freedom and excellent agents to work with. I'm looking for other Remax agents who are technology savvy and experienced. I'd like to build a rolodex of like minded, competent, and tech savvy agents with whom to share referrals and ideas. Hi everyone, I'm Lisa Jennings with Remax Stars in St. Louis. I also am interested in networking, sharing ideas and best practices.
I love the tech aspect of real estate and use it all the time. Would like to share a most likely little-known subscription service called Demand Spot. It's used for Twitter. Demand Spot crawls Twitter for keywords and automatically sends you leads based on the keywords, like "house-hunting", looking for a "house", etc The downside is that you sometimes get leads based on people searching for apartments. But, the upside is that you do get leads and as far as I can tell, I must be the only agent using it in St. Louis! I've never seen other tweets responding to leads so it definitely gives me an edge.
Of course I have a fan page on FB. One of the promos I ran for myself was to broadcast that I was trying to get 100 followers during the month of April. I also posted to LinkedIn. Most people were happy to participate and I got about 60 followers. It's fun to think of creative ways to attract people to your social networks!
