What experiences if any have you had with the Home Valuation Code of Conduct?

I posted a bit about my apprehension and frustration with my initial experiences with the HVCC. I'd love to know from others what you think, have had happen, or expect will happen. I'm Joe Cline. I have been an agent for 6 years. I spent 5 years at Coldwell Banker here in Austin and recently made the move to Remax. I love Remax. More freedom and excellent agents to work with.
